The Central Lincolnshire Joint Strategic Planning Committee approved the document and supporting policies that cover the authority areas of City of Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey with support from Lincolnshire County Council at its meeting last month.

The plan sets out a target of 36,960 new homes for the area over the next 20-25 years, of which 10,000 have either already been given permission or been built.
