Leadenham Arts Festival to offer family crafts and barbershop concert - plus Day of Lincolnshire Folk festival

Leadenham Arts Festival is coming back for its third year on Friday, August 5, and Saturday, August 6.

Lincoln Barbershop Harmony Club are performing at St Swithun’s Church on the Friday from 7pm. Tickets are £6 on the door, or £5 for concessions. Purchase tickets online: http://wdimobile.co.uk/m.ehoa/ or ring 0800 026 0766.

The next day is a free arts and crafts day from 11am to 5pm at St Swithun’s Church and Leadenham Primary School. There will be demo’s, classes and music with local primary schools exhibiting their summer school projects.

Falling on Saturday and Sunday also comes the seventh annual “600 Whiskies” ‘Day of Lincolnshire Folk Music, Dance and song’.

On Saturday at 7.30pm John Conolly will be performing at the George Hotel with entry fee of £6. On Sunday from 11am, there will be a free crafts day at the hotel with music, dancing, singing and live performances.

Stalls with food, drink and a barbecue will keep spirits at an all time high, helped with over 600 whiskies available on the day.
