TEN YEARS AGO: Parents left ‘amazed’ by pupils’ clay artwork

Pupils at Hogsthorpe Primary School were the inspiration for, and creators of, a collection of sculptures that left parents ‘amazed’ 10 years ago.

Under the supervision of professional sculptor James Sutton, youngsters transformed a lump of clay and some garden wire into sculptures along the theme of children.
