TEN YEARS AGO: Salty joins party 50 years in the making at Chapel St Leonards nursery
Youngsters, parents, and nursery staff in Chapel St Leonards were celebrating the 50th anniversary of a child care service 10 years ago.
The Happitots Nursery joined in with child care centres across the country to commemorate the half centenary of its parent company the Pre-school Learning Alliance.
Even the Skegness Standard mascot Salty the Seal got an invite to join in with the festivities and enjoy a slice of cake.
