Play Factory Louth Ltd, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit 1 To 2, Bolingbroke Road, Louth Lincolnshire was handed a two-out-of-five rating after assessment on February 23.

And Holton Le Clay Kebab House, a takeaway at 101 Louth Road, Holton Le Clay, Grimsby was given a score of three on February 23.
