Creswell: Benefit cheat gets conditional discharge
A Creswell benefit cheat received a two-year conditional discharge.
Ricki Brooks, 27, of Churchfields, failed to notify Bolsover Council that he was employed which affected his entitlement to two benefits.
He will also pay £15 surcharge and £100 costs.
