Lea: Court did not ban drink driver as it was seen as a genuine emergency
A woman from Lea has been let off from a driving ban after she was caught drink driving as it was seen as a genuine emergency.
Chloe Walshaw, 32, of The Crescent, Lea, was caught with 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
She was fined £80, £20 victim surcharge and her driving licence was endorsed with six points.
