Man took car without permission

A WORKSOP man drove off in his partner’s car after a row, a court heard.

Luke Adam Pywell, 24, of Gateford Road, admitted taking a car without consent and driving without a licence or insurance at Worksop Magistrates Court.

The court heard Pywell had rowed with his partner at 9am on 11th February and decided to leave in her car. The police were called and he was arrested.

He was given a 12 month community order with supervision and ordered to do 80 hours unpaid work.

He was also given six penalty points, which, due to the six he already had lead to a six month ban.
