Motorist fined for having no insurance policy
A motorist has been fined after he was caught driving without an insurance policy.
Samuel Monahan, 24, of Heapham Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincolnshire Magistrates Court.
He was fined £248, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and his licence was endorsed with six points.
He also did not have a licence or test certificate.
