WEATHER: A sunny warm day with a chance of showers for the East Midlands
The Met Office say it will be mainly dry with some sunny intervals and turning cloudier late on in the East Midlands
Today, Friday, May 20 should be largely dry, with sunny spells developing to perhaps spark off a few fleeting light showers. Becoming breezier and more generally cloudy later on, with the odd spot of rain possible around dusk. Maximum Temperature 18 °C.
Tonight it will be rather cloudy overnight, with occasional rain spreading in, punctuated by heavier bursts. Low cloud and hill fog will be prevalent, although it will also be on the mild side. Minimum Temperature 9 °C.
