A tweet by Sleaford Town FC during the match with Boston Town at the weekend has gone viral.

Harrisson Allen was subbed on for Sleaford Town FC during their United Counties Premier Division match meaning he couldn’t update the club’s twitter feed.

With Sleaford 3-1 down there was a break in tweets and when the feed continued the score was 3-3.

This led to this tweet being retweeted more than 3,200 times: “Sorry for break in tweets. I came on as a sub for Millard. Other subs were Anderson for Millington and Hollingsworth for Wright”

The club later tweeted: “Bank Holiday madness behind us now but we’re at home Saturday so if all of our new followers could come support us that’d be great!!”
